This is the story of how Marie Graber who owns a small Bed & Breakfast in Jamesport, MO, got more online reservations in about 6 weeks time with her new website, than she got in all of 2018. 

{The purpose of this article is to feature Marie's story and maybe inspire someone else to get their old website updated if need be} 

Let's dive into the story...

It all began in November of 2018 when Marie and I (Jonas) started chatting on Facebook Messenger one day about her B&B and her website. 

At that time she didn't really even have a dedicated website for her Bed & Breakfast. There is this website that is setup for the town of Jamesport, Missouri. 

On the Jamesport website there was a section featuring Marie's Arbor House Country Inn and a small button to make a reservation. 

It worked but was a little bit dated....

Marie decided to hire us at Troyer Websites to build her a brand new website just for her Bed & Breakfast. Now we had never up to that point built a website with a booking engine on it. 

But we love challenges and were ready to tackle the project!

By the end of December her new website https://www.arborhousecountryinn.com/ was completed! Marie immediately started moving over all her reservations into the new booking engine and using her new website. 

To make a long story short...

On February 18 Marie send me this message....

"Very impressed with my new website from Troyer Websites. I own a B&B and have gotten more reservations through my new website than I did all of last year! I love it!"

Now keep in mind this was her ONLINE reservations. She also gets reservations over the phone. But each online reservation saves her time that doesn't have to be on the phone and she can be doing something else.
