We hired Troyer towards the end of 2019 to revamp, create and run our website.

Our previous website was stagnant and hard to manage, edit and update being as it was designed on a DIY website service previously. We spoke to Jonas and David at length about what we wanted on our website. How we wanted it to look, how it was to function and how we thought it should be ran. We cover a wide variety of products from sheds to furniture to homes and even children’s toys so trying to convey our products in a thoughtful and informative way was quite hard as there was quite a bit of information that needed to be posted.

I worked alongside David on the design and he was very helpful despite being hundreds of miles away. We spoke at length about the information that I wanted to make available to my customers and how to get the information across. We spoke about what we liked about the previous website and where we wanted to move forward towards the new website. He listened and offered suggestions and ideas that he thought would work and both look great and function the way that we wanted.

I was not totally inept when it comes to technologies so David let me edit wording and photos on the website to help fulfill the vision that we had in the website but David did all of the design work. I thought it was nice that he would let me work side by side to create the vision that we had.

When it came time to switch over the domain from the old website to the new, I left it in the hands of Troyer who took care of everything for us. There was little I needed to be worried about in that regard. Everything was done in a professional and timely manner.

Overall, I wouldn’t think twice about recommending Troyer Websites to anyone. We couldn’t be happier with the website, support, or attention given to us by the team.

Even after the website was done, we get emails from Troyers checking in to see if there are/were any issues that they need to know about and address which makes us as a company feel reassured knowing that we have them watching out for us and the vision that we have.
